Refund Policy

Digital products (ebooks, reports, private readings) are non-refundable once delivered.

Service deposits are refundable within 7 days of payment, provided no creative work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled after work begins, a pro-rated refund will be calculated based on the milestones completed.

Physical books are refundable within 30 days of delivery if returned unused. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
