Terms of Service

By using this site or commissioning a project, you agree to these terms.

All creative work is delivered on a work-for-hire basis. On final payment, all intellectual property, royalties, and adaptation rights transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits secure your project timeline. Final delivery requires the balance to be paid as outlined in your custom project agreement.

The studio reserves the right to decline any project that conflicts with its creative values or legal obligations.
